Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Memberships and Payments

• The Service offers a paid membership and one-time digital products, billed through our payment provider (Stripe).
• Memberships renew automatically (monthly at $22 or annually at $220) until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• The Digital Soul Journal is a one-time $11.11 purchase granting lifetime access while your membership remains active.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing upon reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are honored at the prior rate until renewal.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, vision boards, community posts, movement videos).
• You grant us a limited license to host, display, and operate the Service using your content.
• You are responsible for the content you post and must not upload material that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
• You control the visibility of your profile and content through the Service's privacy settings.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the Service's security or another user's data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including podcasts, visualizations, course content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your account is active. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.

Integrations

When you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results from using it will be effective. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
